Choose the correct physical workflow and distinguish N-Bridge device integration from MURLIE practice software.

Choose N1 or NEO-E first

The N1 is an overhead model; NEO-E is portable. Use the current manual for the exact unit. NVISAGE publishes separate hardware guides along with N-Bridge integration and MURLIE practice resources. These documents serve different jobs and should not be treated as interchangeable installers.

The official resources page also lists document versions. When an older retailer-hosted PDF differs from the current manufacturer guide, use the current guide applicable to your hardware or ask support to resolve the conflict before mounting or changing settings.

Bring up the connection before course play

For N1, follow the official installation and NIC configuration guidance before calibration. For NEO-E, follow its own wired or wireless connection workflow. Choose the actual adapter or connection in the appropriate software; internet access alone does not prove that the launch monitor is connected.

Install the current official software for your model, then verify the device in its practice or diagnostic environment. Keep a record of hardware and software versions so a support request can identify the configuration.

Check ball and club requirements separately

Use the balls and markings specified in the current model guide. Requirements for N1 must not be assumed to match NEO-E. If ball data appears but club measurements do not, check the club-sticker instructions and enabled measurement features before recalibrating the entire room.

A practical fault split

Keep network changes targeted

If the manufacturer’s troubleshooting requires an application permission or adapter setting, apply only the documented change for the relevant software and network. Avoid disabling security software or making several unexplained network changes at once. Keep the previous settings available.

After a successful test, save screenshots of the device connection and working integration. If you need help, include N1 or NEO-E, the software version, wired/wireless method, failed stage and a photo of the hitting area. This is more useful than reinstalling everything without a test plan.
