Loading your simulator builder…

Build your own golf simulator, one good choice at a time.

A custom golf simulator starts with how you want to use the room. A single-player practice bay, a shared family setup and a dedicated 4K golf room need different priorities. This golf simulator builder helps you compare the four core components launch monitor, enclosure, projector and hitting mat before adding the finishing pieces.

Spend where you’ll notice the difference.

For indoor practice, the Uneekor EYE MINI LITE keeps camera tracking beside the ball. If you want to take the unit outdoors, compare it with the EYE MINI. For regular left- and right-handed play, an overhead unit can remove the need to move the monitor between players. The right choice depends on your routine, mounting position and software requirements.

Choose the enclosure by its outside frame dimensions. A SIG10 enclosure includes its frame; a Carl’s DIY enclosure needs a matching pipe kit or locally sourced pipes. That difference belongs in the budget from the start. For projection, compare a practical 1080p setup with a 4K model such as the BenQ AK700ST. Check lens placement and computer performance before paying for a higher resolution.

The hitting surface deserves the same attention. A HotShot mat with a replaceable strip lets you replace the wear area separately. A wider mat can help with stance space in a shared bay, but its footprint still needs to work with the enclosure and launch monitor.

Questions before you add your setup

When do recommended products enter my subtotal?

Recommendations highlight a launch monitor, enclosure, projector and hitting mat for you to review. They do not add products or prices to your setup. Choose a product at each step to add it; switching products replaces your previous choice in that step. If the chosen enclosure needs separate frame pipes, the matching pipe kit is included as a visible, separate line unless you choose to source your own. Computers, additional course software and floor accessories are optional and appear in the subtotal only when selected.

Can I keep equipment I already own?

Yes. Select “I already have one” at the relevant step. That component will not be added to your cart. You will need to check that your existing equipment works with the new products, particularly the monitor’s software, your computer and the projector’s image size.

Will the builder guarantee that everything fits my room?

Room measurements help rule out frames that are too large and known mounting-height conflicts. They do not replace a full swing check or installation planning. Check the complete frame size, screen clearance, tee position, projector location and monitor placement before ordering. Use the simulator calculator for more detailed planning.

Do I need a computer and a separate course subscription?

It depends on the launch monitor and the way you want to play. Some products include practice software or a course license; others need paid course software or a third-party connector plan. Review the note for your selected monitor at the final step. A computer is included in your order only if it appears as a separate item in your summary.

How are prices and recommendations chosen?

Recommendations favor a clear purpose: indoor practice value, picture quality or shared play. They use products in our store and consider the room measurements and budget you enter. Prices and availability are checked again before adding items. The builder subtotal is before discounts. US shipping is free.

Can I save my build or ask for a second opinion?

Use “Copy build link” to reopen or share the selection. The link includes product choices and the room dimensions you entered, and prices are rechecked when you return. If you want help before ordering, send that link through our contact page with any installation questions.
