Choose the correct connection workflow, prove tracking in Uneekor software and isolate missed-shot or integration problems.
MINI and MINI LITE are different setup paths
Check the label before connecting anything. The EYE MINI LITE manual specifies external power and a direct Ethernet connection to the gaming PC or laptop. Do not treat it as an EYE MINI with the same portable connection options. For EYE MINI, open its own quick-start guide in the Uneekor Help Center.
EYE MINI LITE first-start sequence
- Check the PC against the current requirements for the launch monitor and the simulation software you intend to run.
- Connect the supplied power and the Ethernet cable between the EYE MINI LITE and computer, following the manual.
- Sign in to your own Uneekor account and install the official Uneekor Launcher.
- Select the EYE MINI LITE installation workflow and complete the on-screen licensing, calibration and software steps.
- Verify a test shot in Uneekor’s own environment before connecting another simulator.
These are the setup stages; use your model’s manual for illustrations and the current setup screens. Account access, device connection and a third-party simulator entitlement are separate checks.
The unit is not connecting
Identify which Ethernet port serves the launch monitor and which connection provides internet access. A connected cable is not proof that the application has found the device. Check the cable seating and the device shown in Launcher. If the PC needs an adapter, verify that adapter against Uneekor’s requirements before changing network settings.
Use Uneekor’s documented configuration for the exact model. Avoid copying static IP settings from an unrelated launch monitor or disabling the computer’s security protections as a blanket fix.
It connects but misses the ball
Compare unit height, hitting-surface height, position and alignment with the model diagram. Confirm the ball is inside the approved hitting zone and the ready state is shown. Check the requirements for club stickers if club measurements are the missing feature. Do not move a successfully calibrated device to a different height and assume the old calibration remains correct.
It works in Uneekor but not in course software
Keep the proven physical setup unchanged. Confirm that your chosen simulator supports your model, that the required Uneekor subscription or connector entitlement is active, and that the integration software is configured for the correct device. Then follow the documented launch order.
What helps us resolve it
Send a side-view photo showing the mat and unit together, the model, Launcher/software versions, cable/adapter details and whether the native range captures shots. A screenshot of the error is useful; a photo of a license key is not needed.
