Keep model-specific placement, finished hitting height and calibration aligned before testing shot data.

Begin with the model’s placement diagram

EYE XO, EYE XO2 and EYE XR are separate products. Do not use one model’s mounting position, hitting-zone diagram or calibration sequence for another. In particular, a rear-mounted arrangement should not inherit the forward placement of a different unit just because both attach overhead.

Open the exact model’s installation and calibration documentation in the Uneekor Help Center. Record the required reference points from that guide on your room plan: mounting height, ball position, target direction and any allowed offset.

Measure from the finished hitting surface

A floor measurement taken before installing foam, turf and the hitting mat can become wrong once the room is complete. Confirm the final ball height and the launch monitor’s reference point before securing the mount. Include the case and mounting hardware when checking club clearance.

The enclosure frame and projector need their own clearances. Plan the three systems together so the projector does not block a sensor view and the mount does not enter a player’s swing envelope.

Calibration is a controlled setup step

Place the correct calibration equipment exactly as the model guide shows. Keep the board flat and stable, check its orientation and use the documented software workflow. Record successful calibration before adding accessories or making layout changes.

If calibration fails, inspect the physical arrangement before repeatedly running the same command. A board at the wrong height or position will not be corrected by repetition. Do not improvise a substitute target or transfer a calibration file from another unit.

Separate ball data from club data

First prove that the device detects a ball and records ball data in Uneekor software. Then check the specific club-measurement requirements for your model and software. Club stickers, enabled features and the supported measurement set must be checked against the current documentation; a missed club metric alone is not evidence that the entire unit has failed.

After an accessory or floor change

Recheck camera sightlines after fitting an EYE XO or XO2 protective cover. Confirm its model fit, orientation and clearance around the sensing area. A new mat, moved hitting strip, shifted bracket or changed protective case deserves a new geometry check and any recalibration required by Uneekor.

When requesting help, include a side view, a view toward the screen, the finished hitting height, the model and the calibration screen. If the native range works, use the integration guide rather than moving the hardware again.
