Prepare an order-specific return or product-fault request, with the right model information, condition details and supporting evidence.
Tell us which situation applies
A change-of-mind return, a delivery issue and a product fault are different requests. Describe what happened first so support can identify the relevant policy or manufacturer process. For a missing or damaged delivery, start with Delivery help.
For a technical problem, include the exact model, symptom and the checks already completed. A useful first description is “the projector menu appears, but the computer image does not,” rather than “the projector is broken.” You do not need to diagnose an internal component to ask for help.
Check eligibility before packing a return
The current Refund Policy describes a 30-day window for eligible returns, condition requirements and exclusions. It requires prior return authorization. Eligible customer-initiated returns can carry a 15% restocking fee under that policy. These points are not a promise that every item or circumstance qualifies.
Read the full policy for custom, special-order, assembled or installed items and for faulty-product situations. Your particular product, condition and reason for return determine the applicable route.
Prepare a complete request
Keep the order number, product model, delivery date and serial number if available together. State whether the packaging has been opened and whether the product has been assembled, installed, activated or used. Include photographs that show the relevant condition accurately.
For software or a subscription, identify the edition and activation status. For a physical fault, record when it first appeared and whether it follows a repeatable action. For a package, identify the affected component instead of asking to return an unspecified box.
Warranty terms depend on the product
Do not assume that the warranty of one brand, projector or accessory applies to the entire simulator package. The applicable manufacturer terms, purchase evidence and serial/model information need to be checked for the affected component. Support can help establish the appropriate next step without promising a repair, replacement or refund before review.
Avoid opening the equipment housing or making an improvised repair during that review. Record visible indicators and normal user-accessible settings instead.
Wait for the correct shipping instructions
Contact support@indoorgolfkit.com before sending anything. If a return is authorized, use the provided destination and instructions; the address on an original shipping label may not be the correct return address.
Keep the authorization and shipment record with the order. The store’s published policy and the applicable manufacturer terms remain the source for eligibility and obligations.
